The Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway provides turkeys to low-income famillies with children ages 0-18 years of age. Parents must pre-register to receive (1) turkey per family. The following information is required:

1. Proof of Identification: Current Driver's License or State issued ID

2. Proof of Residency: Current ID or Rental Agreement or Current household Bill

3. Proof of Income: Government Assistance (TANF, Medicaid, SNAP) Letter, or Current paycheck stub
